Cambridge Muslim College will host a two-day formation course exploring Christian–Muslim engagement on ecology, bringing together theological reflection and practical dialogue at a time of growing environmental and social challenge. Organised in collaboration with the Laudato Si’ Research Institute at Campion Hall, University of Oxford, the course examines how shared commitments within Islam and Christianity can inform meaningful responses to the ecological crisis.

Through a structured, discussion-led format, participants will explore the theological foundations of environmental stewardship, approaches to ecological justice, and the role of faith communities in public witness and action. The programme is designed to foster deep listening, intellectual exchange, and sustained collaboration between Christian and Muslim participants.

Taking place at Cambridge Muslim College, the course is open to students, community leaders, and those engaged in ministry or civil society work, offering a valuable opportunity for thoughtful interfaith engagement grounded in both scholarship and practice.
